Meet Lauro

Born 1997 in Austria, Lauro moved to Zurich in 2021 for his studies (MScLA ETH). Tennis has been a part
of his life from a young age, playing tournaments on a regular basis. At the age of 15 he discovered various
new sports, such as bouldering, kayaking and particularly chess, which he successfully pursued on a
competitive level.
Based on his experience as a longtime active player & coaching both tennis and chess, he specializes in
developing a tactical and strategic game plan combined with an intuitive “trust the process.” On the court
he enjoys doubles, often opting for a fast paced topspin.
